I know today can be a bit of a challenge for some people. Snuggle in with me and open your heart.

As a theologian in training you double swept me off my feet with the fact about the heart of St. Valentinus. Thank you!

That's wonderful, thank you! I was so surprised to learn of this myself, I plan to go there and visit soon.

Thank you, Eve. Not much else to say, really. :)

Never been a fan of Valentine's Day: partly because it's a money grabbing thing and partly because I've always been single. But, I came for the cuddles and snuggles 🥰

I agree, but in case it touched a nerve for anyone, I wanted to make sure there was enough cuddles and snuggles xx

Thank you for recording another engaging Sweet Nothings audio that highlights your sincere care for humanity as a whole. Valentine's Day used to be a bit hard for me in my 20s but as I enter middle age I'm pleased to say I've made my peace with being single; I am content and I do feel a certain modicum of pride in being emotionally independent.

You are so right about the existence of many different kinds of love. My longtime avian companion whistles when I come home, and says 'Bye' when I leave - this is a special affection and to be the recipient is something for which I am very grateful.

Count me among the masses who did not know St. Valentinus had any connection to Ireland. I knew he lived in late antiquity but Hibernia never fell under the Pax Romana. A vial tinged with his 1730-year-old blood - fascinating!

I like your singing as one of the signature traits of Sweet Nothings. It's not Adele but more than makes up for that in the most important way: HEART!
