I'm really glad to hear it, I think it's vital to ground ourselves as often as we can, and enjoy the now.

Lately, I've been trying to find happiness in the little things, like having a moment to myself, taking a deep breath, human connection, living in the moment. Stressing about the grand scheme of things has always been in the back of my mind, because tomorrow isn't promised and living for the longevity was my mindset. But, I can't worry about tomorrow or next week, month or year. Enjoying the little things today is something I'm taking to heart, even the trivial ones.
