Aw, thank you! I am trying! I'm doing a lot better stress-wise than I was, and I'm healthier too.

It is a good time to remind ourselves to take time out for self care. And using a prompt like "just", makes it easier to grant our selves permission and put aside the guilt tendency. And of course remind ourselves that if we're not functioning, we can't help anyone else function. Now, thanks for reminding us that there is a whole library of audio coaching for positive self care to be our best selves, and it doesn't hurt that it's your honeyed and upbeat tones delivering these helpful messages! Thanks Eve

I had wanted to do one of these every Friday, but my schedule of medical appointments and chemo and tests is often unpredictable, so I just do them when I can. I'm glad you found all the others!

This is just a welcome nudge in the right direction! Your self-care reminders are always spot-on! And the breathing exercise with your soothing voice and soft, gentle music in the background always works like a charm!
I hope you're getting your self-care in too!
