You are definitely onto something. I do feel there is a big disconnect with modern society and our ancient anatomy. Modern society seems to chop everything up into tiny solitary machines but the whole body is greater than the sum of the parts. It's too easy to ignore those soft, subtle messages our own bodies are trying to tell us.
I definitely don't stretch and move around enough. Mostly because I'm lazy but even so, it was super easy to follow your encouraging words with that charming allure of yours!
