Friday Check In - Go Outside

This episode is a little bit different than the others - I recorded this outside, on a walk in downtown Dublin. It's a bit windy in places, but hopefully it's not too distracting.

Take a few minutes to check in with yourself and take a bit of a mental health break. You're worth it. ❤️

    I always take try take in what you said ,I've been trying to keep off my mobile lately like switching my wifi off ,and appreciate my surroundings more like taking pictures when I'm on the way to my place of work ,there always lots green scenery and streams ,I did spot a swan on the water the other day

    I seldom travel to my city's downtown core so even after decades of living here I'm not jaded to it. I like to gaze up at the tall glass, steel and concrete towers and photograph them as if I were a tourist, and peer knowingly down main avenues with the expectation that sea or mountain will always be visible at their end. If I were to walk the streets of downtown Dublin, there's no way I'm missing a second of it just to stare into a tiny pocket computer! 😄
