Great episode, I think I might look into some massage therapy as my shoulders and neck usually feel pretty tense.
Looking forward to listening to the interview next week, I’ll have to check out Grace’s Grove while I wait.

Sooo, with these check ins, I usually listen and be in the moment. With this one involving stress relief, I've just been taking deep breaths or being by myself to recharge and relieve my daily stress.
