This was fantastic - a cure for the pandemic indeed, and a nice diagnostic tool that would be a useful (and the most fun) part of any COVID-19 health check! Sort of like how having morning wood is a sign of good circulatory health. As a nod to your previous professional aspiration of medicine, I learned a while ago that the formal term for this phenomenon is 'nocturnal penile tumescence or NPT'.
