A Little Message for...Protective Guys
A little audio love letter for all those protective guys out there...
Just know that I'm the kind of woman who doesn't want to see the woman save the day at the end of the movie - I want a man to rescue me sometimes, just so I can get all gooey over him :P
Today may be International Women's Day, but let me tell you, the thing that makes this woman celebrate...is men ❤️

Oooh, I felt I related to this. It's cool to know that men are appreciated in this way 😊... You know, given the social climate recently.

That's part of the reason I wanted to do this, because there is so much animosity aimed at men. I'm happy to be a feminine voice of reason in all this!

OMG, Eve, you are such a woman! You just get it...you just completely get it! As a guy, it's like you're always aware if there are women around and no matter what anyone says, a guy acts differently in a room full of only men or if women are present. This audio is why! There is just something special about a woman and it just makes a guy want to keep her special!
The male analogy would be wanting to be seduced by a woman! Even if I somehow knew with absolute certainty that a woman wanted to be mine, I would still want to be seduced by her! Batting her eyelashes, the "chance encounter" when she is just looking gorgeous, that little bit of mystery in the flirting where it could have just been her being friendly...or she was totally hinting at something more than friendly...just the feeling of that magnetic pull, where I can't get the thought of her out of my mind and that aching to be with her...to listen to every seductive whisper of hers...<3!
Happy International Women's Day!

Have you ever heard of a story about a retired Nepalese Ghurka soldier by the name of Bishnu Shrestha? His train was attacked by a gang of up to 40 armed bandits who robbed the passengers of their valuables, himself included. He did not resist until some of them got it into their heads to molest and gang-rape an 18 year old woman sitting near him. Unbeknownst to the robbers he had on him his khukri and in cramped quarters managed to kill or wound enough of them to scare off the rest, even while suffering vicious wounds to his arm from his own dropped blade. His famous quote on this incident is the essence of heroic bad-assery: "Fighting the enemy in battle is my duty as a soldier. Taking on the thugs on the train was my duty as a human being."
While this is a more extreme expression of the protector instinct, it's one to which any man (or woman) of great heart and courage can aspire - no superpowers required.
