Hey Charlie! Yes, I've been getting such a great response from people as I'm finishing up the series (I had to recast McTavish) that I plan on doing more - I'll write a role for you too!

That would be great, Eve! I'm sorry to hear that you had to recast a role, I hope it's not taking too much effort.

No, it's going very well actually! His lines are done and now I can work on the final scenes!

It was a beautiful day the other day and I loved listening to this! You are such a great conversationalist and there were so many new, interesting, funny tangents and remarks!
And I love hearing about your experiences! Even if you think you "suck" at it, you're brave and adventurous for trying such a variety of new things. I bet if you had the time to practice, I'm sure you'd be great a lot of them!
Except for the Ikea stuff...no one is good at building Ikea stuff! I mean, if Erik Johansson couldn't do it... :P
P.S. Whenever my friends tell me stories about their feline friends, the babelfish always seems to translate it into David Tittenborough style commentary about their Great Domestic Cats! :P

haha you're so right, Erik and the whole PGI team couldn't figure it out!
And I'm glad I've made David Tittenborough part of your DNA!

Thank you so much for doing audios like these. I love that even when I'm not in the mood for and erotic audio I can still come here and listen to your beautiful voice.

You're most welcome - I enjoy doing slower, friendlier audios a lot. And thank you for the lovely compliment!

Canoed once or twice in childhood, but kayaking's something I've never thought to try despite it being as easy as booking a lesson on False Creek and, if I like it, heading over to a nearby Canadian Tire to buy my very own. Perhaps in retirement I can go sea kayaking around the Southern Gulf Islands - paddling around those windswept tree-studded, rocky shorelines always looks so serene & picturesque in photos.
Trivia for ancient money I learned reading Herodotus - first evidence of coinage comes from the Anatolian kingdom of Lydia around the 7th century BCE, with electrum and later more pure gold & silver. Imagine if we still used barter but did it through Amazon. I ship you my cow & then you ship me the 50 clay jars of beer I want in exchange, and if the trade sours we use Amazon's sacred dispute resolution centre to place the curse of Set on each other. :P
These walks are always nice when the company is a most eclectic conversationalist.

I liked the outdoor sounds and the advice "Don't need to strive all the time" -- in my experience, if trying to strive all the time, the mind/body eventually forces a downtime. Better to plan that downtime so that it's fulfilling and enjoyable (rather than at worst self-destructive)

Thank you - I definitely find this is true for me, I strive too much most of the time, and my mind definitely rebels and makes me slow down.

I loved every second of this! I love when people talk about the things they're passionate about.
I've tried hypnotherapy before, but I could never concentrate enough to have any positive effects. Sometimes I ended up more anxious than before. Maybe I need hypnotherapy in preparation for hypnotherapy :)
Also, did I understand that you plan on doing some more crime fiction after The Death of Dr. Davidson? That would be awesome!
