          Very. This sort of thing really gets on my nerves, the worst being perishables because I can't just do the right thing and put it back in the refrigerator without risking someone getting sick. I once saw a Grade A ribeye steak left out on a shelf, besides the usual eggs or milk. I guess even after moving to Europe you can never entirely escape this waste/theft. 😡

          BTW, some good news for animal lovers to end this reply, one of my city councillors is putting forth a motion to prohibit the sale of cats, dogs and rabbits in pet stores. One of those it's about damn time things, and it has a lot of support from residents. :)

  First of all, thank you Eve for taking time out of your weekend to record this for us 🌸. Just hearing your voice made my weekend start off soo grreat. You sure know how to push a guy's button lol 😄; in a good way of course. Now if i was the guy in this situation, i would have said "by any chance can i be this guy you speak of?" lol.   That's the word that comes to mind in this one (and many others actually). As always, you enhance the subtle details to make the whole experience come together (only slightly punny ;-). The periodic pauses when you say 'him'. Asking if your friend wants to hear more and waiting for the response before proceeding. The slightest little giggle when you decide how to go forward and the sound of courage being built up.

  You had me at, "there's this guy". I adore your 'Friends to Lovers' pieces. I can relate to them so deeply. All the various situations and scenarios you explore just prove that excellence leaves evidence. Anyone that would hate on this (or any of your other work for that matter) is just hatin' on themselves. Flat out.

  So we counter negativity with positivity: Please Please keep up this extraordinary work...

          Some trolls are easy to deal with, but some do get to you. I think instead of saying it doesn't bother me, I'd rather say it won't stop me, and it won't hurt me. It's an annoyance like a mosquito bite :)
