    Slight shaking is usually just adrenaline - your heart speeds up, and your whole body tenses too. If it subsides pretty quickly after you calm down, don't worry about it.

    Oh yes, every man is different, every time is different. Some men find it incredibly easy, others have to work at it a bit. Some advice I've heard is that it helps to edge yourself, either using porn or your own imagination, to get yourself really horny and ready to orgasm. Then really work with my voice to make yourself go into trance - don't just listen, in other words, really visualize going deeper and deeper.       Cool. That's some good advice. Speaking for my self here, this one for some reason, has the best method of getting me into trance and to relax, so that was very helpful. I've also had the same idea of using my imagination in combination with your voice. I have been close at least once, maybe twice in the past.
