      Good post with the audio story (I know if this is the word for audio in Irish, but I thought sound story would be fitting. 😊) I love this character; Aoife is a very funny and sexy woman at the same time! And her husband is lucky. I have to say this is the first time I LOL'ed by the climax of the audio, when they fell out of bed!

        Re-reading my comment, I can see now I should have said, "Níl a fhios agam" for 'I don't know' :P But I'm pleased with my progress 5 years later...I can use resource sites like teanglann.ie or focloir.ie to fill in the gulfs in my knowledge so I suppose it won't be long before I start dipping my toes into the 'knows enough to be dangerous (mostly to myself!)' territory. 😄

            Yes, they do have it on the RTE International Player, and I've watched 1 or 2 episodes a couple years ago. It was a nice exposure to hearing Irish spoken with the strong emotion that comes with soap opera storylines. I've also taken a peek at Fair City during the early pandemic where they brought that into the show with everyone masking up in public in restaurants or the local newsagent. Also some Irish children's shows - which are probably the best for novice learners as the goal is to instill an teanga i bpáistí while making it fun.

              I enjoyed watching it for a while, but my knowledge of the language isn't good enough to watch it with subtitles as gaeilge (the way I watch French TV with French subtitles, it really helps learn to hear the words better)

    Ngl, I really enjoyed the sassiness and the playful humour, as I ended up chuckling for a good bit of the audio. Also, of course being in a sex shop would make one's horniness to exponentially increase 😊
