  You were so right about it being worth it; HOLY MOLY what a RIDE you just took us on!!! I love it when stories build up to some kind of final ultimatum like this, because there is no more hemming and hawing, delaying, or teasing only to withdraw the emotional payoff. That raw mix of desperation and grief that tinged your voice as Alex gazed down into the yawning abyss of a life without her true love felt so real I could feel moist tension behind my eyes; it was like you were expressing these feelings as your own, and I would never wish for our dear Eve to ever feel this kind of sorrow, this painfully acute sense of loss. But not long afterwards when you were narrating that wonderful, wonderful page-after-page of the most torrid lovemaking I have ever read I could see you speaking through your own beaming smile, as this most purest love tore down all barriers that, mere pages before, had threatened to rudely and roughly divide our lovers forever.

  Because you wrote the lovemaking with such vividly rich detail from the perspective of Alex, it also did double-duty as an illuminating exploration into "what it's like for a girl," that mysterious female sexual experience that shall forever elude any man's attempt to fully comprehend it. :) And I wanted to mention again how convincingly male you make Erik's voice sound; far from shattering my mental picture of his masculine presence it enhances it. Or maybe it's partly the contrast with your breathy, hyperfeminine delivery of Alex's lines that helps too.

  Eve, you know that saying, "Jack of all trades, master of none?" That one doesn't apply to you, the consummate scanner, because you clearly excel in storytelling as much as you do in your audio work, or in your photographic/videographic experiments! Bravo! Like the commenters below me, I'm going to be revisiting this climactic chapter!

  P.S. I'm grateful for that block of chapter links separating the audio from the comments section; I've learned not to spoil myself by reading their reactions before listening! :P

    Thank you so much Charlie, it means so much to me that you enjoy my writing. It's always been a personal experience for me, based on a lot of my own emotions and desires, so I'm very glad when I'm able to get it out on paper. Or in audio, as it were :P

  Yes yes yes yes yes! SO MUCH YES! I wasn't expecting this to happen for another few chapters! This chapter was so crazy (in a good way!)! The way you narrated her words through her tears...I was so heartbroken! But then that miraculous kiss....I didn't think Erik would crack! God, the way that was written and narrated, I've been searching my whole life for a kiss like that! Seriously, that is the kiss of my dreams! It was completely sweet and hot and magical and wonderful and...!

  I would have been satisfied with that alone but then this unbelievable love scene! It's also the love making I've been dreaming of! The way you describe it and the way you voice it...it's just so erotic! That need and that passion!!!!! I knew storytelling would free you in a way different than your other immersive second person audios, but holy shit! All those sexy details! And it's more than sex...the love, the sensuality, the intimacy...I melted into a puddle!

  The only thing missing was some more kissing down there but we have a few more chapters...but you can take your time because I'ma definitely going to have to listen to this again. Fuck! (in a good, awesome, magical way)

    As for the rest of it, well....keep in mind this is a novel, and a little different from erotic audio as you said. But I'm very glad you enjoyed it :D

  I'm quite overwhelmed. At 51 minutes, this is the longest chapter so far (I think) and the way the intensity builds is sublime. Your writing and narration capture every nuance of intimacy, love, passion, want, pain, pleasure and raw need so beautifully. Talk about feels!! I will freely admit to having tears of joy in my eyes at the end of this chapter! Beautiful. xxx.
