Boy Eve! This is a hard one to comment on, and to be frank, I’m not really sure why. It’s a great piece of work! It is sort of a book end to the ‘Unrequited’ track of a couple of years ago, that woman couldn’t understand why he would leave and this piece sort of looks at how she might’ve felt if he stayed. (Large leaps and bounds of supposition and imagination on my part!!🤷♂️) Your work is so good! I’m not saying that just to flatter you, (But if I was, could I get extra fries with that?). It truly is, it’s well thought out and contains so much nuance. This track on one hand shows the want, the lust and desire but it almost begins to go into the possessiveness and neediness that we all war against inside our heads. Thanks for your work and look forward to all your output! I hope you got a good rest away from all of our possessiveness and neediness!!😎😎
