  Nothing as Sweet as an HFO has been added to my favourites for ALL TIME. My second go at it was done yesterday afternoon; I didn't want to risk being lulled by the hypnotic induction into sleep again. By the end I was.utterly.blown.away.       On Reddit I dropped a line to the script's author /u/hypnorook to say some nice words, and he gave me his tips for achieving an HFO:

      1. Just keep relaxing no matter what you think should be happening at any given point in the audio.
      2. Don't expect to get an HFO. Just keep relaxing.
      3. Don't be discouraged even if you're not hard even in the most intense parts of the audio. Your brain is still aroused even if your genitals don't seem to be.

      To this I would add: don't concentrate too much on following the instructions to the letter like I did - ironically it's sort of another barrier to relaxing deeply enough. Next time I try this I'm just going to let the suggestions drift and settle into my mind like freshly fallen snow.   Eve, this was so relaxing last night going deeper into the induction phase I think I fell asleep on my chair around the part where I descend that heavenly staircase. So unfortunately HFO eluded me this time, but I already listened to your "Word about HFO's". I understand that not everyone can achieve it just like how some cannot experience ASMR, and that there should be no pressure.

  But in addition to the ASMR tingling this your voice induced in my head and behind my ears, I think I could feel a resonant tingling at the site of the PC muscles, the ones affected by Kegel exercises.   My only thing with these particular audios is it very hard for me to have an HFO. Sometimes i feel like imma get there but nothing happens lol. I guess im use to some form of touch to help me orgasm. Eve if you or anyone know any tips for how to achieve one; i would appreciate it.

  Last night while falling asleep I listened to the relaxation portion of this hypnosis and either I was very tired or this was the most calming relaxation hypnosis I've ever heard. The last thing I remembered was relaxing my eyes, then I woke up with headphones on sometime during the night. This is definitely one for the favourites folder.

  I also think that /u/hypnorook is correct. Many HFO audios tend to end just like a JOI, with a countdown. That's not alway that effective when you're just using your imagination. This audio had a slow build up with an intense ending (and performance). I think this allows the listener to enjoy the experience much more and is more likely to end with the intended result.

  To summarize; I liked it. :)

      This is awesome, the full version is up! And wow, 2800+ listens already!

      I'm always good for feedback, but being on Pacific Standard Time means I lag behind nearly everyone else! :) If the induction half is any indication, I expect that I will be in for a real treat, to be savoured as my day draws to a close!

      Maybe all those other listeners already nodded off before they could comment! :D
